Always so lovely and understanding/happy to help with issues on short/urgent notice. It’s always a little scary trying to get cars sorted as a young female but they’re always so lovely here, female friendly and trustworthy. Thank you again! 😁

Outstanding customer service , I was recommended this garage by a local Landrover specialist who pointed me in the right direction the team at euro cars, from calling them and immediately booking me in as soon as they could they got our sales vehicle back on the road within 3 days,Vicky and Stephanie were great informed me throughout the process nothing was too much trouble diagnosed the car correctly and tested everything whilst they had it I highly recommend them to anyone with a Jaguar 🐆 Kind regards ishy gloucester motor group

My car wasn't the easiest to do but they did not give up on me and it all got sorted out quickly , and now my car is so much better now its had its remap and would highly recommend coming here if you are considering a remap for your car , also the best garage for car servicing to in my opinion. Well organised & really helpful.

My Jeep is presently in their capable hands undergoing repairs! This review is for their telephone manner and providing updates etc - it's been an absolute pleasure speaking with them, both friendly and informative

Customer of the proprietor since 1984 that says it all , excellent knowledgeable and so honest plus reasonably priced work what more could you ask for

With a 6 hour drive ahead of me I noticed a weird noise on my brakes, I called in to Euro cars on the hop and asked for a hand. The gent on the desk did not hesitate, checked out the brakes and made sure they were ok and safe.. thank you sincerely what an exceptional service!

Euro Cars Cheltenham seems to me to be built around a rare group of individuals who can balance clarity of purpose with humility. Thank you Stephanie and the specialist engineering team who are clearly incredibly valuable assets to this engineering firm. Stephanie cuts through to key issues and provides quality advice which ultimately results in a very, very satisfied customer. I have loved my Jaguar XF since the day it was delivered to me from the factory and, if your thoughts of visiting your dealer create feelings of fear and uncertainty, then think again! Euro Cars Cheltenham operates at a higher level than I have yet to experience elsewhere! Thank you!
